Items Will Not Be Eligible for Exchange or Refund If:

*If item was reused upon delivery.

*Incorrect address was provided by the customer.

*Item was used or damaged by the customer.

Defective Items

If here is a problem with your product, please contact us email immediately. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive your products in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped the same method as the original order. 

Processing

Returns are normally processed within 2-4 weeks after we received the items. If you feel as though your return is not being processed within a reasonable amount of time, then give us a call.
